1. Welcome to Prima
Prima is a women's sports fantasy platform. By creating an account or using Prima, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — but you can't use Prima.
2. Your Account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Prima. Users under 18 have restricted features and require parental consent (see our Privacy Policy for details). You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Fantasy Leagues
Fantasy leagues on Prima are games of skill. Entry fee leagues (when available) are governed by applicable state and federal laws. Prima reserves the right to restrict entry fee features based on your location.
4. Community Guidelines
Prima is a community built on respect for women's sports and the people who love them. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and other violations of our Community Guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions (Prima+ and Prima Pro) are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime — prorated refunds are automatic. See our cancellation policy in the Monetization section for full details.
6. Content You Create
You own the content you post on Prima. By posting, you grant Prima a license to display it on the platform. You can delete your content at any time. Prima does not claim ownership of your posts, comments, or creative work.
7. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll notify you via email and in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
